Cookie Policy

Effective Date: March 13, 2026

DRAFT — Subject to final review before publication

This Cookie Policy explains how Silicon Harbor Technologies, LLC ("Silicon Harbor," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Enovari platform. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide information to site operators, and enable certain features. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and other browser-based storage mechanisms.

2. How We Use Cookies and Local Storage

We use minimal browser storage, limited to what is strictly necessary for the operation of the services. We do not use any non-essential cookies.

Name Type Purpose Duration Category
Authentication token Local Storage Maintains your signed-in session. Contains a cryptographically generated string that does not include personal information. Until sign-out or token expiration Strictly Necessary

That is the complete list. We use no other cookies, local storage entries, or similar technologies.

3. What We Do NOT Use

To be explicit about what we do not do:

  • No tracking cookies. We do not use cookies to track your behavior across our site or the internet.
  • No advertising cookies. We do not serve ads and do not use advertising cookies or pixels.
  • No analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or any other analytics service that sets cookies.
  • No third-party cookies. No third party sets cookies through our website or application.
  • No fingerprinting. We do not use browser fingerprinting, canvas fingerprinting, or any device identification technique.
  • No cross-site tracking. We do not participate in cross-site tracking, retargeting, or behavioral advertising programs.
  • No social media pixels. We do not embed Facebook pixels, Twitter pixels, LinkedIn tracking, or any social media tracking code.

4. Do We Need a Cookie Consent Banner?

No. Under both EU ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2009/136/EC) and the UK PECR, consent is not required for cookies that are "strictly necessary" for the provision of a service explicitly requested by the user. Our authentication token falls into this category — it is required for the login functionality you explicitly requested.

If we add non-essential cookies in the future (such as analytics or preference cookies), we will update this policy, implement a consent mechanism, and notify users before any non-essential cookies are set.

5. Managing Browser Storage

You can clear the authentication token at any time by:

  • Signing out of the Enovari platform (this clears the token automatically).
  • Clearing your browser's local storage through your browser settings.
  • Using your browser's developer tools to delete specific local storage entries.

Note that clearing the authentication token will sign you out of the services and you will need to sign in again.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we begin using additional cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy and notify users in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.

7. Contact
