Engineers first. The website is the smallest thing we make.

We're a software company on the Charleston harbor. We research how AI systems should work, memory that persists, agents that specialize, orchestration across models, and then we ship that research as working software. Enovari, our flagship, is a private AI-memory platform running as a desktop product today. The rest of our portfolio came the same way: built for real work, run in production, then offered to teams like yours.

We partner with companies to design AI systems they control, their data, their memory, their governance. When a better model ships, they switch, and nothing about their business breaks.

We're not location-bound. The harbor is home; the work goes wherever it's needed.
